Once a project is successfully funded, whether with a fixed or flexible funding goal, we will contact the project creator to confirm the BackerLatest members who pledged to their project. If the project creator fails to fulfill the special rewards agreed upon when the project was listed, we reserve the right to take further actions, including legal action, to resolve the issue.
